The site you are reading. Designed and built end-to-end as a small but deliberate exercise in shipping something with a long shelf life: minimal JavaScript, no analytics, no third-party requests, content I can update from a terminal.
The interesting parts were not the code — it is a small Hugo site — but the editorial constraints I gave myself: a two-mode information architecture (professional header, personal footer), an explicit privacy posture documented alongside the design, and a refusal to ship empty sections marked “Coming soon.”
