Angelo Fonseca
Mechanical engineer working in data and AI. Mannheim, Germany. CV (PDF)
I trained as a mechanical engineer in Brasília and came to Germany in 2015 on an exchange, measuring things at a Fraunhofer institute in Berlin while finishing my degree. Since 2018 I have worked at Daikin in Germany. The title says pre-sales consultant; the work has shifted, year by year, toward data — first Python and Power BI automation, then a digital process redesign, now retrieval-augmented LLM tooling for quotation work.
Evenings and weekends belong to a small home lab that runs on one rule: anything touching personal data stays on hardware I control. It hosts more experiments than it strictly needs to — local language models, home automation, the occasional robot.
This site is deliberately small. A few pages, no trackers, nothing that watches you read. It gets updated when there is something worth writing down.
